X-Mas: Upgradeable Christmas Tree Event

- Added support for 1.20+ MC versions.

- Added Java 21 requirement.

- Updated all dependencies and libraries to 2024 versions.

- Fixed and replaced deprecated methods.

- Skulls system fixed, it will now use the latest Paper API

- Added missing autocomplete to all commands.

- Added a reload command /xmas reload

- Added a way to add custom items as gifts with the /xmas addhand command
