Items Hotfix
Since WAPI now requires Auth Token for item database full results, wynnmod server now has an API wrapper on it and wynnmod clients will request from our server to bypass the token requirement
tldr: You no longer need to set up API token for item % (but it's still needed for /ri and /stats for now)

- Fixed Legacy Tooltip modifying crafted items
- Fixed API parsing issues
- Fixed on join announcement not working
