Currently this mod re-adds the radar block which allows you to see all of the local storm within 1024 blocks of its position!

- Non-precipitation storms will no longer appear on the radar or on JourneyMap.
- Fixed client code being called on the server.
- Now only tornado storms will have their upper-layer colored when going over special blocks.
