New features
- Reworked "/home" to instantly spawn instead of getting a message to execute another command
- Added "/bed" as "/home" alias
Changes
- Gave commands proper fall backs when you execute an invalid command (eg: "/waypoint")
- Moved last death saving location to a JSON file instead of mod menu
