This mod is intended to let admins remotely make changes to the datapack files on their server.

Added a config file which can be used to configure the following things:
- Filter files by file extension (new feature)
- Filter files by header (new feature)
- Filter mode (should the listed file extensions be whitelisted or blacklisted)
- Required permission level to download the datapacks folder (previously hardcoded to 4)
- Required permission level to write to the servers datapacks folder (previously hardcoded to 4)
Can now sync single files that exceed the max packet size (theoretically, timeouts and other things I don't quite understand yet are still a thing)
