World Preview Prime

Initial release of World Preview Prime. Changes from World Preview:

• Updated to Fabric/Neoforge 26.1. Ports to 1.21.1 and 26.2 are planned.
• Added full compatibility with Lithostitched. This will improve compatibility with Lithostitched-dependent mods such as Tectonic, Terralith, and Regions Unexplored.
• Migrated the biome colors to the Chunkbase/Cubiomes color set.
• Migrated the structure icons to purely using blocks and items.
• Improved the format of the biome_colors.json datapack files.
  • They are now read from any namespace, not just c.
  • The old format with reading r/g/b fields is still supported, but you can also just use a hex code or integer instead.
