Patch Notes:

• Added /function we:tools/move tool. Can only be used after the copy tool and moves the selected area to the position you are currently at.
• Added /function we:misc/phasing toggle. Allows the user to phase through blocks when flying. Is disabled by standard.
• Added /function we:tools/undo tool. Revert the latest change you made. Can only revert the last change.
• Changed the wand item to a wooden axe.
• Made some optimizations.
