Updated to Minecraft 1.21.1 using the new components system.

• Updated datapack folder names

• Added a new book for use in creative that lets you select specific loco/wagon/structures eggs to spawn in, instead of flooding your inventory with everything of a category

• Added new "give" function to simplify & short command length for giving the player book & new spawning catalog to the player

• Updated resource pack folder structure to fix animations

Add the datapack into the saves > worldname > datapacks folder

Add the resource pack into your Resoucepacks folder
