BREAKING CHANGES

• All Sky wand and Focuses NBT has been changed. Existing wands and focuses are irreversibly broken

Fixes

• Wand charge now doesn't go below 0
• Wand now plays a sound and particles when it's successfully charged

Improvements

• All focuses now retain their stacks' NBT (It means you can name them and in the future - enchant)
• Wand now has a durability bar to report charging progress

Internal changes

• Focuses API has been redone and made more robust and future-proof
