Wither's Wrath Other Versions

This version adds THIS request.

Now requiring Bad Omen for the wither to spawn otherwise a normal wither spawns.

as noted by the request, useful for farms and other uses the wither itself might have in vanilla.

This effect only happens when the wither is spawned while having bad omen not while it's alive
