Will's Farming Tweaks

• Server-side JSON config (config/wills-farming-tweaks.json)
• Configurable:
  • Farmland trampling (allowTrample)
  • Hoe harvest cooldown
  • Hoe harvest radius by item ID (supports modded hoes)
  • Bonemeal AoE radius and chance

Changed

• Hoe right-click harvesting now:
  • Harvests and replants crops in a configurable radius
  • Applies proper sounds, particles, and durability damage
• Bonemeal:
  • Always affects the clicked crop
  • Optionally affects nearby crops with distance-based probability
• Farmland trampling is now fully controlled by config
