Wheelchairs

First version for Minecraft 1.21!

Most content is currently disabled due to ongoing porting efforts, but wheelchairs are about 95% functional, only missing the handles and gliding upgrades.

The speech tablet is also functional, just lacking a GUI texture.

Other content has been disabled at present due to potential malfunction or crashing behaviour. It can be accessed with commands or item mods, but for obvious reasons I don't recommend doing so.

More content to be re-enabled as development progresses.
