what the gog doin'

Added Minecraft Cursor and some other tiny things, as well as adding the vanilla tweaks resources with credit - not sure when I'll get back to this. Should be pretty easy to port when Botania for 1.21 drops, and I'm happy with most of the other pack design stuff. Love and peace.
