stop first person werewolf rendering when player animator renders a first person animation

increase white pelt armor value by 1 for helmet and boots

remove armor decrease from silver effect

werewolves get 10% increased damage per silver effect amplifier

fix issue with livers not eatable

fix issue with fish not eatable

add new advancements for werewolves
