Hotfixed crash when opening teleport screen with xp costs enabled

Fixed incorrect calculation of level cost in xp cost tooltip

Added Redstone Torch modifier to Warp Plates, which prevents it from teleporting

Added world gen tags for new waystone types (empty by default)

Fixed typo in defaultVisibility option

Allow TEAM visibility as configured defaultVisibility as well

Fixed defaultVisibility not always being respected

Fixed waystones index not being updated with default visibility, which caused global waystones to not show up immediately
