Way Too Many Ingredients [Cobblemon Sidemod]

WTMI - v1.1:

• Completely reworked sandwich crafting.
• Added an option to toggle size changes on and off.
• Shiny calculations should now work more accurately and be compatible with other mods. :)
• Reworked Encounter Power — I really need feedback on this! ^^
