Wasteland Wanderer | Fallout

• Gave all power armours a visual remake
• Added the NCR Ranger helmet 3D model to the armour item (still doesn't have proper stats and is very WIP (might also not include all of the helmet variants, but we'll see, because I used my Veteran Ranger helmet for the Combat helmet))
• Added Dogmeat (WIP)
• Added "Armor Weight" compatibility for power armour
• Added pre-war money (junk)
• Remade the pipboy inventory (visually) (still doesn't have working slots)
• Expanded Elder Stern's dialogue (still not accessible)
• Renamed the "Wasteland" biome to "Commonwealth", because we have the Mojave and Capital Wasteland, so it shouldn't be called "Wasteland" anymore
• Changed some loottables

Probably added more, but don't remember lol
