Updated to 1.21.9, 1.21.10 and 1.21.11

I'm finally back! The pack completely broke in 1.21.9, but it's now (mostly) fixed and fuctional again. As there are still some performance and generation issues, I'm releasing this version as an alpha instead of a beta. Hopefully a more stable beta will come soon.
