Warfre's Better Caves and Cliffs
An overall improvement over the vanilla terrain. Make those cliffs taller and those caves depper!

- Bedrock is now at y=-128
- Caves generate for 128 blocks more
- World heigh is now 512
- Geodes are slightly more common
- Mountains are taller and steeper
- Rivers and oceans are deeper and wider
