  vwoops command to manage blocks

  vwoops add - Allow specific block picked up

  vwoops remove - Remove any added blocks

  vwoops restore - Restore the list, effectively disallowing all blocks to be picked up

Note: All blocks in tag ENDERMAN_HOLDABLE are disabled by default for servers
