1. Breach swap crits now happen more often
2. Reimplemented orbital stab shots
3. Bots can once again fire an orbital stab shot at webbed players
4. Bots now require a stab rod before performing an orbital stab shot

1. Fixed a bug where newly spawned bots would gradually become more laggy
2. Fixed an infinite skin fetching loop that could eventually crash the game
3. Added a failsafe to prevent endless skin fetch attempts when a request fails
4. Improved stability for slower internet connections and certain networking-related mods
