• Elemental Evokers can now also use the Tier 2 Spell Expansion Wizard Spells
• nerfed default spell power from elemental evokers from 6.0 -> 2.5
• changed casting spell pool-spell tag files & structure from the elemental evokers
• Removed Updraft and added Aeroblast to the AirEvoker's secondary spell pool
• Added a new magical orb blocks that can be found in LNE Wizard's Structures!
