Fixed a crash that could occur on some systems due to locale-dependent string handling (commonly known as the “Turkish I” issue).

Block state property values are now generated in a locale-independent way, preventing invalid property names such as receıve. This fixes an issue where the mod would fail to load on certain OS language settings.
