Hands Off My Block 0.1.0-beta1, out of alpha!

• Added Config, ConfigManager, and a custom ConfigScreen
• Tons of changes made to HandsOffMyBlockFabric.java to fit new config additions
• "ANGRY_VILLAGER" thunder cloud particles now appear when a POI is unmarked
• Toggle features for Required Sneaking and Enabled Bed Marking
• Reimplemented client directory for config keybind registry
• Cleaned up some major bugs related to villager memory breaking when unmarking a potential POI
• 9 hours & 15 minutes in IntelliJ btw
