Village and Pillage Tweaks

Hands Off My Block 0.1.0-beta4

• Introduced a Pathfinding Tweak via VillagerMixin that causes villagers to avoid trapdoors, effectively blocking them from getting stuck trying to pathfind through.
• Added unmarkBroken() to main Fabric class and ExternalBlockListener class to detect and automatically unmark blocks that are destroyed (by player, explosion, piston, fire, commands, etc.)
• Overhauled BlockAccessManager to support future context-dependent DestroyReason for actionbar messages (Exploded, Pushed, Burned, Destroyed, etc.)
• Added Workstation Marking, Pathfinding Tweaks, and Display Markings toggles to config.
• Added third row of buttons to ConfigScreen to keep clean and organized.
• More big code cleanup and code formatting tweaks
