Adds a resource-gathering dimension to Minecraft, giving players unlimited space to gather resources without destroying the Overworld.

Fixed a bug that caused hostile mobs to spawn in the dimension. The structure of the mountains has been changed, so now the transition between biomes and mountains is much smoother, and the shape of the mountains themselves is not as sharp.
