• Goal Isolation: Added a goal active flag so that when a bat runs a custom goal (lantern circling, sleep seeking, dive-bombing, or panicking), it skips murmuration/Boids math and day/night environment steering. This prevents Boids from fighting or corrupting the goal's trajectory.
• AI/Movement: Re-engineered Day/Night light preference steering to scan a wider range (24 blocks). Bats in sunlight will now actively steer and descend (-0.12 Y) towards cave shade/ceilings, and bats in caves at night will actively steer and climb (+0.08 Y) towards sky openings.

• AI/Wandering: Enforced a minimum flight speed (0.15 blocks/tick) for active flying bats so they never hover or stop in mid-air.
