Improved VRBody model rendering

Fixes

• Gui squish

• twoHanded gameplay issues

• Opengl.dll crash on game close (error log generated every time you close the Minecraft, messing up the game folder)

• Hand Item positioning

• Flicker of VR hands on attack/use

• VR model was not visible for other VR and NonVR players

• VRBody full on teleportation had the delayed camera update that caused the model to be visible "from the future"

• No pvp on server with Visor

• Crash on dedicated server during load

• Presets could not be created by player due to an id pattern incorrect check
