Visible Shield Cooldown

This is a lightweight mod that visualize the cooldown of others' shield, which is useful in PVP and teamed PVE. For details, please see the gallary.

Server side is optional - if installed, you can see all players' cooldown of shield; if not installed, you can only see the shield cooldown of those players caused by your attack during PVP.
