ViolaSMP Satchel Tooltip

What changed:

• seed_satchel and ore_satchel now render as 27 slots in a 9x3 GUI.
• Normal satchels still render as 9 slots in a 3x3 GUI.
• Future-proofing: if a future satchel reports slot indexes beyond the default size, the tooltip expands to the next 9-slot row, capped at 54 slots.
• Color palettes now cover the texturesseed_satchel as desaturated green and ore_satchel as desaturated blue.
