Update V3.0.1 - Bug Fixes!

Bug Fixes:

• Fix Viner Using Tools A user reported tools not working when using Viner. This is fixed now!
• Fix Enchantments on Tools Fixing an issue where unbreaking and silk touch weren't being applied when Vining.
• Fixing Typo in Default Config Fixing an issue where the default Vineable block list misspells Sculk as Skulk

Improvmenets:

• Tick Performance Fixed ClientTickEvent handlers firing twice per tick by subscribing only to the Post phase.
