A simple pack that makes thoroughly tested, common-sense spawning adjustments to villages and other structures and adds new-ish village types.

- Added a new village type for sparse jungles, based on architecture in savanna villages.
- Pillager outposts now spawn in sparse jungles.
(Bamboo and standard jungles are unfortunately too thick with low-lying foliage for either structure to work nicely with unfortunately.)
