Vic's Point Blank HMI Compat

What's Changed

• Fixed duplicated first-person hand/action-pose visuals while holding Vic's Point Blank guns in the main hand.

• VPB/Point Blank gun animations now take priority over HMI sneaking, swimming, climbing, flying, and gliding hand poses.

• Preserved aiming, shooting, reloading, and other VPB gameplay behavior.

• Scoped suppression to first-person + main-hand allowlisted VPB guns.

• Kept offhand-only VPB behavior and non-VPB HMI item behavior intact.

• Added suppressHmiFirstPersonActionPoses config option.

Validated in-game in GoodCraft:

• Sneaking with main-hand VPB gun

• Swimming with main-hand VPB gun

• Climbing ladders with main-hand VPB gun

• Flying/gliding with main-hand VPB gun

• Aiming, shooting, and reloading

• Offhand-only VPB gun regression

• Non-VPB HMI item regression
