New Content & Improvements

• New Translation: Added Simplified Chinese (zh_cn). A huge thanks to @shenyx110 for providing the translation!
• Documentation: Completely overhauled the README to include the newest features (spear, nautilus armor, crystal blocks, new loot sources, and brewing ingredients).

Bug Fixes

• Dedicated Server Crash Fix: Fixed an issue that caused dedicated servers to crash by properly separating client-side and server-side code.
• Vibranium Mace: The 3x3 mining feature now works flawlessly and correctly drops all 9 blocks.
• Performance & Stability: Fixed a memory leak related to the HSHEffect. Additionally, several processes (like the Mace's damage calculation and block harvesting) are now thread-safe.
• Minor Fixes: Corrected block types (e.g., for Soulwood Planks), fixed logic conditions (Wolf armor absorption), corrected typos, and fixed the Creative Tab translation keys.

Technical Updates

• NeoForge: Updated to version 21.11.38-beta.
• Compatibility: Updated and re-enabled dependencies for JEI, REI, Architectury, and Cloth Config.
• Resource Pack: Updated the pack_format to 57 for Minecraft 1.21.11.
• General code cleanup, restructuring, and removal of unused functions.
