Added an Wisdom Enchantment

The Wisdom enchantment is incompatible with basic protection, but different types of protection still work like projectile protection or blast protection with it. At max level it can usually give a minimum 1.4x experience boost. Dynamite stacks to 16 and can be made from tnt, or with a piece of sand and gunpowder.
