Vertical Slabs Everywhere

Initial release.

• Generates a vertical slab for every slab registered by any installed mod — wood, stone, brick, deepslate, any material.
• Blocks extend Quark's vertical slab, so placement, rotation, doubling, waterlogging, and collision match Quark's own exactly.
• Blockstates, block models, and item models are generated at runtime and inherit textures from the parent slab — including slabs that other mods generate dynamically (Every Compat, StoneZone).
• Loot tables (double drops two), 3:3 crafting recipes in both directions, optional 1:1 stonecutter recipes, and mining-tool tags copied from the parent.
• Tagged under quark:vertical_slab, c:vertical_slabs, and c:slabs. Display names derive from the parent block in every language it provides.
• Skips any material already covered by Quark, Every Compat, StoneZone, or any block ending in _vertical_slab — no duplicates.
• Uses the v_slab_compat namespace and id pattern, so worlds and structure files from the 1.20.1 mod resolve. Registers nothing if the official Vertical Slabs Compat is present.
