Adds fish.audio as a Cloud Voice provider, and fixes the Cloud Voice override so it works no matter how Verity's own speech settings are configured.

• fish.audio Cloud Voice. Turn on "Use Fish.Audio Layout" and Cloud Voice narrows to two fields: an API Key and a voice Model ID. The endpoint fills itself in, and the engine model is left to fish.audio so it keeps following their current default. Paste the ID of a voice you cloned yourself and Verity speaks with it.
• Cloud Voice now overrides every TTS Provider. Previously it only took effect when Verity's own TTS Provider was set to Groq or Kokoro, and did nothing on Native or Local. It now takes over whatever Verity is set to, and no longer needs Verity's "Use TTS" turned on.
• Skip Verity's Intro. A new Miscellaneous option that stops the intro video on the title screen. Off by default, so a first run still sees the intro.
• The Cloud Voice layout now changes as soon as you flip the tickbox, instead of waiting until you reopen the settings.

Fixed: fish.audio played silence, then played loud stuttering noise once that was sorted. Both came down to how the audio stream was being decoded. Rapid lines of speech also used to play over each other, and now replace one another cleanly.
