PremiumVanish Integration

Added a config option: 'use-premiumvanish' which defaults to true. This will automatically be set to false inside the plugin if PremiumVanish is not installed.
Friends joining/leaving messages will not show if the member joining/leaving is in /vanish.
Friends in /vanish will appear as offline inside the friends list
/friends reload will also hot reload the use-premiumvanish config option so you can toggle between using premiumvanish if desired.

Other Updates

Command completions that require friend names such as /fmsg will now only show your friends in the autocomplete hints rather than all the players online. If the friend is in vanish they will not show in the autocompletion of any command.
