New Features

Toggle Vein Mining: Players can now enable or disable vein mining for themselves using the /veinminer toggle command. This requires the veinminer.use permission.
Sneak to Veinmine: A new option sneak_to_veinmine has been added to the configuration (config.yml). When set to true, players must be sneaking (holding shift) to trigger a vein mine.
Tool Whitelist/Blacklist: Server owners can now control which pickaxes are allowed for vein mining.
- A new tool_list_mode option in config.yml can be set to either "whitelist" or "blacklist".
- The tool_list in the config allows you to specify the materials for the list (e.g., "DIAMOND_PICKAXE").

Changes

The /veinminer command now shows usage for reload and toggle.
Added a new permission veinminer.use (defaults to true) which is required to use the /veinminer toggle command and the vein mining feature itself.
