Vanilla Industrialization

This is the last update for 3-4 months for all my mods starting June 21st i won't be available for that time period, this is a major update!!

• Added Steel Stairs, Steel Slabs with compatibility with Cool Rain and also the blocks can oxidize and be waxed

• I also updated the revolver and grenade textures as they kind of sucked and now look more vanilla

• More minor fix was updating the Steel casing from 1 casing per Steel Ingot to 16 per Steel Ingot making it much cheaper so 1 minute per 8 shells

I also fixed a couple more issues which I forgot about as this is my last major update for that time period
