Vanilla Spawners Expanded

Version 1.0.1:

-New: Jade implementation
-New: Config settings for default values of calibrated spawners
-New: Config setting which let you decide if cursed bottles should be reusable
-New: Calibrated spawners will now automatically update their behavior according to the config file (restart needed)
