Vanilla Perfected Chaos Cubed Hotfix 2.0 Changelog

MASSIVELY improved the optimization of Vanilla Perfected. VP's Chaos Cubed update launched in an incredibly poor state, and that's 100% on me. Framerate should be MUCH better! (thanks to using Fabulously Optimized as a baseline, one of the best Modpacks ever made)
The visual bug I thought I "fixed" in the previous hotfix is now actually solved. Unfortunately the culprit was Falling Leaves Plus, and the mod has now been removed.
