Modified:
- Easel blocks stores the dyes, canvas and selected index when the menu is closed
- Easel menus display ingredients for all paintings in their tooltips.
- Paintings crafted by the Easel or placed with the specific painting variant item now 
  drops their variant sensitive items when broken.
- Recipe format for painting recipes
- Recipes for Bone and Wither Bone Blocks
- Moved all Forge/Neoforge tags to the common directory
- Loot tables modifiers injected with GLMs are now in the vanillaboom/loot_tables/modifiers 
  directory
- Furnace fuels and Composter items are no longer hardcoded and can be modified with 
  data packs

- Easel Block menu crashes
- Wither Bone Meal not producing particle effects and sound when in dispenser
- Wither Bone Meal not producing particle effects and sound for other players than the user
