v1.4 (1.21+ Only)

• Fix folder names (thank you mojang for removing the S, very cool)
• Fix recipes
• Update README.md
• Bump Pack Format
• Change naming scheme (All datapack versions will be marked as such from now on)

Mod compatibility is still going to be kept up but I plan on mainly maintaing the 1.20.1 version as most mods aren't updated yet.
