Raises the item stack limit from 99 to 1,073,741,823. Stacks persist through relog. No config required.

- Item counts of 1,000+ in inventory/container slots now display with K/M/B/T/Q/Qi suffixes (e.g. "12.4K") instead of overflowing the slot.
- Stack cap raised from ~1.07B to 2,147,483,647 (Integer.MAX_VALUE).
