Updated to 1.21.11

Warning: This version currently contains a bug which conflicts with the permissions of my GuiShop mod. I'm not sure if this applies to other mods as well. When this mod is enabled, I have to re-add the permissions in the universal_perms variant. (e.g. universal_perms.use.guishop.<other-nodes>)
