Universal Keyboard Controller

Sorry this took so long, I've been busy trying to get Create: Motorsports ready for release. I still have plenty of plans for this project, but it'll take time.

• Hit a controller with a stick to get a Linking Stick, which is a way to manage peripheral connections without breaking and replacing the keyboard
• Improve Vista compat with CAM control mode to control cameras
• Supplementaries Cannon compat with GUN mode, limited in range for now due to container promixity check
• Propulsion thrusters (THR) and (VEC) mode can be driven without CC tweaked installed
• Same with the RPM modes on the motors, direct driving
• Fixed issue with wireless incremented redstone signals not working
• Improved CC tweaked compat with peripheral passthrough (read wiki)
