Unique Happy Ghasts

This simple datapack modifies the flying speed and scale atrributes of every Happy Ghast with a random value and is optimized for 1.21.6 to 1.21.11. This pack changes:

• Flying speed from default 0.05 to a range from 0.0525 to 0.1.
• The Happy Ghasts smaller scale attribute randomly from 0.8 to 1.
