While using Spyglass, if you look at a mob within 320m for 2 seconds, you will be teleported to that coordinate
Cannot teleport to flying mobs
＊Has a low chance of dropping when a player kills a hostile Enderman
Rusty Guillotine Blade (Charm, Rare)
Increases damage dealt to mobs with HP below 40% by 80%
＊Obtained from chests in Ruined Portal
