Unender Thy Chests

Completely removes Ender chests.

Features:

• Removes Crafting recipe
• Prevents generation in an End City
• Removes Silk Touch block drop; only drops obsidian if somehow mined
• Clears them from inventories
• Deletes them if they are placed using /setblock or /fill
